Netherlands/Den Haag:
Demonstrations were held in many countries against the detention of death fast veteran Zehra Kurtay and the threat of her extradition to Turkey.
Yesterday there was also a demonstration at the French consulate in Den Haag. #FreeZehra
Greece/Athens:
People’s Lawyer, refugee from Turkey, Günay Dağ, who is on hunger strike also for his right to asylum, to have granted his passport and residence rights and for the end of attacks on political refugees by the co-operation of Greece and Turkey made a statement today for Zehra Kurtay also.
He stated that Zehra was unlawfully detained and under threat of an extradition to Turkey. He expressed that Zehra is not alone!
Greece/Thessaloniki:
Yesterday, in front of the French Consulate in Thessaloniki, Greece, there was a rally against the arbitrary extradition procedure agianst Zehra Kurtay.
