Struggle against expulsion for right to residence

Political refugee in France, Zehra Kurtay continues her indefinite hunger strike for the right to residence in a neighborhood of Paris.

The resistance tent she set up there, is not just visited by Turkish and Kurdish community. Since the beginning of her action, she gets solidarity from French journalists, international activists and yesterday, on the 10th July also from a French member of parliament, Pouria Amirshahi.

The solidarity could be decisive for the decision of the authorities to give Zehra back her right to residence and thereby also her right to free political speech and associaton.
