Update for hunger strikers – VIDEO:

Here are last updates about the situaiton of the hungerstrikers Fikret Akar, Serkan Onur Yilmaz in Turkey and Gunay Dag in Greece.

• Fikret warned the prison authorities to set fire to his ell if he was not provided with the sweets and baking soda necessary for the hunger strike. In addition, a large number of letters were sent to the prison in Fikret’s derfense. Therefore, the prison administration backed down.

• Serkan Onur Yilmaz continues his hunger strike and demands his comrades to be transferred to the non pit-type prison.

• Exiled people’s lawyer Gunay Dag has serious health problems, but he continues hunger strike for his right of residence and political asylum in Greece.
