Force feeding torture could be prevented – Serkan is back in prison

Death fast resister Serkan Onur Yilmaz was returned to prison after being captured to hospital against his will.

Families and friends, lawyers raised their voice to prevent any kind of forcible intervention.

The torture of force feeding could be prevented for now and Serkan is back in prison with his friends. This could be achieved by raising public awareness and by defending his just demands. Serkan continues his death fast resistance and his life is in danger until his demands are met.

We support his demands that 8 of his friends be transferred from the pit-type isolation prison of Antalya (High Security Prison). The violation of human rights granted by international laws should be stopped immediately, the pit-type (S,R,Y) prisons should be closed.

The demands of Serkan Onur Yilmaz and other prisoners on death fast/hunger strike against pit-type prisons should be met immediately!
