International Solidarity chain continued in France

The international solidarity chain, which began on 30 March 2025 with the indefinite hunger strike of the political prisoner Fikret Akar in Turkey, is continuing uninterrupted in various countries.

Finally, the chain of solidarity was overtaken by France.

A total of eight people from the organisation Supernova, one from Corsica and seven from Marseille, took part in one-day solidarity hunger strikes from 10 to 19 January in support of the resistance of political prisoners in Turkey against pit-like isolation prisons of types S, R and Y.
