1 day soldarity hunger strike on day 200

The struggle against pit-type isolation prisons in Turkey continue without interruption.

To mark the 200th day of Huseyin Ozen’s indefinite hunger strike on Saturday, March 7, solidarity hunger strikes will be held for one day in different countries in support of the resistance against Type S, R and Y isolation prisons in Turkey.

Six political prisoners have recently continued their indefinite hunger strike. Last week, a letter-writing campaign was organised in different countries in support of their demands.

The news was received today that Dogan Karatastan, one of the hunger strike resisters, had been released by a court.
