Serkan Onur Yilmaz: 365 Days Resistance – Action Day

To mark the first anniversary of Serkan Onur Yilmaz’s death fast resistance for his comrades in pit-like High Security isolation prisons on November 10, thousands of tweets and retweets mentioning the Turkish Ministry of Justice were posted throughout the day and in an evening hashtag action, in support of Serkan Onur Yilmaz’s demands.

During the hashtag campaign, solidarity photos collected by IS4PP from 114 individuals and solidarity movements in dozens of countries were published.

Throughout the day, embassies and consulates of Turkey abroad were contacted to express solidarity and defend Serkan Onur Yilmaz’s life.

Once again, a great sign of international solidarity with the resistance of political prisoners was demonstrated.
