The Solidarity Chain was taken over from Great Britain

The international solidarity chain, which unites people from various countries in showing solidarity with the resistance of political prisoners, has continued since 30 March 2025.

Since then, this solidarity action, which began in order to give a voice to revolutionary prisoners on an indefinite hunger strike and death fast in protest against isolation prisons of types S, R and Y in Turkey, has continued without interruption.

Starting with Gürkan from AIF, 14 supporters in Great Britain will voluntarily continue the chain from 26 April to 15 May. He will stage a three-day hunger strike to show solidarity with prisoners in resistance and call for the closure of pit-like isolation prisons.
