ON THE OCCASION OF 150 DAYS OF HUNGER STRIKE RESISTANCE OF GRUP YORUM MEMBER CEM DURSUN AND MEMBER OF REVOLUTIONARY YOUTH TACETTİN EROL ŞAHİN
Cem Dursun and Tacettin Erol Şahin reached the 150th day of their hunger strike on 25 September 2026.
The Anti-Imperialist Front, Revolutionary Prisoners Solidarity Committee and People’s Front have announced a one-day solidarity hunger strike and a demonstrations outside the Turkish Embassies and Consulates.

Turkish Embassy
Cem Dursun and Tacettin Erol Şahin are continuing their hunger strike in protest against isolation conditions, torture, disciplinary punishments and compulsory prisoner ID-card practices.
To support the campaign people gathered in front of the Turkish Embassy in London.
There was also made a call before to join a 1-day hunger strike and send letters of solidarity to the prisoners.
ANTI-IMPERIALIST FRONT HOLDS ACTION IN BELGRADE TURKISH EMBASSY
Today, the Anti-Imperialist Front held a solidarity action in front of the Turkish Embassy in Belgrade on the 150th day of the hunger strike resistance of Cem Dursun and Tacettin Erol Şahin.
During the action, slogans were chanted in solidarity with the resistance. Speeches were made in Turkish and English, explaining the demands of Cem Dursun and Tacettin Erol Şahin and the resistance they are continuing.

“Down with Fascism, Long Live Our Struggle!”
ACTION IN FRONT OF TURKISH EMBASSY IN ATHENS
On 25 September Peoples Front and Anti- Imperialist Front held Gathering in front of Turkish Embassy in Athens for solidarity to political prisoners in Turkey who are on 150 days of hunger strike Tacettin Erol Şahin and Cem Dursun.
The demands must be immediately be accepted!
Isolation is a torture!
Freedom for all political prisoners!
Close S,R,Y pit-type prisons!
A GATHERING WAS ORGANIZED ALSO IN NETHERLANDS IN FRONT OF THE TURKISH CONSULATE
